sinusitis

Hi everyone,

After fighting off a bad cold/light flu last week, I’ve been dealing with sinusitis for the past few days.
I’m so frustrated by the toothache I could bang my head against the wall, and it’s driving me crazy.
I’m steaming with hot water, rinsing with salt water, drinking tea with ginger, lemon, and honey... but that’s about it.
I went to the doctor this morning because I can’t sleep either, and they prescribed AB (amoxicillin) and acetylcysteine. After doing some research, it seems safe enough, but... I just can’t bring myself to take it....
Does anyone have a miracle remedy or tip?
I’m going to make fresh chicken broth soup tonight, which should help too

You don't just get antibiotics prescribed, so I'd definitely take the pills. Imagine if the inflammation gets worse. You don't want that, do you?

I also suffer terribly from sinusitis. I try to avoid the cold as much as possible. When I'm outside and the temperature drops to or below freezing, I wear a thick hat, no matter how ugly it looks
I rinse my nose with Physiomer Sinus and when I can't stand the headache anymore, I take a paracetamol, that's safe.
