35 weeks and GBS positive

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share this with you all, maybe someone has experienced the same?
I’m currently 35 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
For the past 4 days, I’ve had persistent tight/hard contractions.
The first day they hurt, but now they don’t, except for the pulling sensation on my skin. I’ve also had a headache and been very tired for 4 days straight.
I had a urine test done—no bladder infection, but I am GBS positive.
Last night, I suddenly felt so tight that I couldn’t wear my bra anymore, like a suffocating feeling.
My check-up was fine; the baby is growing well and has a good heartbeat. My blood pressure is normal, by the way.
No dilation yet.

Has anyone else experienced this?
I’m not sure what to make of it all—could it all be due to GBS, or could it be mild pre-eclampsia?

Just spoke to the midwife + HA. Hard contractions don't come from GBS. It's present too low.
I need to take it easy. I'm lying or sitting on the couch all day and wake up with hard contractions, so I can't take it any easier.
Paracetamol doesn't help, by the way.
According to the midwife, it's not pregnancy poisoning.

Are these symptoms normal, or should I perhaps consider a premature birth?
By the way, I'm very tired/lethargic.
