I’ve got that too.
Didn’t have it with my previous 2 pregnancies.
But now all of a sudden, really badly, especially in the evening.
When the kids are in bed.
It’s terrible, you really go crazy.
I don’t really have any tips.
I’m struggling with the problem myself.
But what helps a bit is acceptance.
Accepting that it’s part of pregnancy.
Because then your brain can better understand
where Daan’s emotions come from.
And steer them better, so to speak.
Otherwise, it’s bad, but I always used to have a cup of coffee when I felt it coming on or was in the middle of it.
In that emotional mood.
The tears flow and I find everything so pitiful.
Pfff, terrible and annoying.
Then I look back on the day and find things so sad about my kids.
And then I get sad.
I have such strong hormones in this pregnancy, really incredible.
Actually, that cup of coffee did help, but only for a moment.
And I needed more and more coffee to keep that feeling in balance.
My husband didn’t want me to drink so much coffee.
And rightly so, naturally. I completely understand him in that.
That’s not good for our baby in the womb.
That’s why I don’t do that anymore.
And I’m fighting with my emotional feelings.
Before my pregnancy, I wasn’t emotional, but if I felt a dip,
I’d have a cigarette and it would be fine.
The stress would be gone.
But now that I’m pregnant, I’ve put aside that one cigarette I normally only had to survive a stress or dip moment.
So now, when I experience a stressful moment, I just push through it.
That shift isn’t easy either.
But yes, everything for the baby, of course.
It’s not about me anymore.
But about our little princess.

in the womb.
Sorry jessie 95 for the long story.
You’re not alone in this anyway.
I exactly know what you’re going through.
