Varicose veins

This is my third pregnancy, and again I'm really struggling with varicose veins. Also around the vulva. Who else has this and does anyone have tips for the pain?

    Sounds really unpleasant, Sil.
    I don’t have any personal experience with this.
    I don’t have varicose veins either.
    Not even with this third pregnancy.
    I hope I never get them either.
    But maybe you could ask your GP if there’s something you can do about it?
    Sorry for my question, but vulva?
    I didn’t know it was possible to get varicose veins there too.
    Anyway, it sounds really tough for you.

    I’ve been seeing a phlebologist/vascular surgeon for 7 years. I’ve also had my legs lasered multiple times, but they keep coming back. Hormones during pregnancy make it worse. I didn’t even know you could get them around the vulva, but then the veins from your lower abdomen towards the groin get compressed by the weight of the uterus/baby. Not much you can do about it, but I was hoping someone here had experience with it and maybe some tips (since the GP/phlebologist can’t do much during pregnancy).
